제17조(임원의 임기) 이사장의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 이사와 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 각각 1년 단위로 연임할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.27>

① The term of office of the Chairperson shall be 3 years, and the terms of office of directors and auditors shall be 2 years, provided that they may be reappointed for terms of 1 year each. <Amended by Act No. 10025, Jan. 27, 2010>
