제18조 임원의 직무

이사장은 공단을 대표하고 공단의 업무를 총괄한다.
The Chairperson shall represent the Corporation and oversee the business of the Corporation.
상임이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단의 업무를 분장하고, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순서에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
Full-time Directors shall, in accordance with the provisions of the articles of incorporation, distribute the business of the Corporation, and shall act on behalf of the Chairperson in case the Chairperson is unable to perform his or her duties due to unavoidable reasons, in the order prescribed by the articles of incorporation. <Amended by Act No. 17301, May 26, 2020>
감사(監事)는 공단의 업무와 회계를 감사(監査)한다.
Auditors shall audit the business and accounting of the Corporation.
