1. 「국가공무원법」 제33조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람
2. 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제34조제1항제2호에 해당하는 사람
① No person falling under any of the following subparagraphs may become an officer of the Corporation. 1. A person falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 33 of the State Public Officials Act. 2. A person falling under subparagraph 2 of Article 34(1) of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.
