이 법에 따른 산업재해보상보험 사업(이하 "보험사업"이라 한다)은 고용노동부장관이 관장한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The industrial accident compensation insurance project (hereinafter referred to as "insurance project") under this Act shall be supervised by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10338, Jun. 4, 2010>

이 법에 따른 보험사업의 보험연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.
The insurance year of the insurance project under this Act shall follow the fiscal year of the Government.
