제20조(임원의 해임) 임원의 해임에 관하여는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제22조제1항, 제31조제6항, 제35조제2항ㆍ제3항, 제36조제2항 및 제48조제4항ㆍ제8항에 따른다.

Regarding the dismissal of officers, the provisions of the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」, Article 22, Paragraph 1, Article 31, Paragraph 6, Article 35, Paragraphs 2 and 3, Article 36, Paragraph 2, and Article 48, Paragraphs 4 and 8 shall apply.
