①

이사장은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단의 직원을 임명하거나 해임한다.

The Chairperson shall appoint or dismiss the employees of the Corporation in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation.

②

이사장은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 직원 중에서 업무에 관한 재판상 행위 또는 재판 외의 행위를 할 수 있는 권한을 가진 대리인을 선임할 수 있다.

The Chairperson may appoint a representative from among the employees who is authorized to perform judicial acts or non-judicial acts concerning business, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation.
