제26조 공단의 회계

①

공단의 회계연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.

The fiscal year of the Corporation shall be in accordance with the fiscal year of the Government.

②

공단은 보험사업에 관한 회계를 공단의 다른 회계와 구분하여 회계처리하여야 한다. <개정 2018.6.12>

The Corporation shall account for the insurance business separately from its other accounts. <Amended by Act No. 15758, June 12, 2018>

공단은 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아 회계규정을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
