제28조(잉여금의 처리) 공단은 회계연도 말에 결산상 잉여금이 있으면 공단의 회계규정으로 정하는 바에 따라 회계별로 구분하여 손실금을 보전(補塡)하고 나머지는 적립하여야 한다.
