①

이 법에 따른 공단 이사장의 대표 권한 중 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단의 분사무소(이하 "소속 기관"이라 한다)의 장에게 위임할 수 있다.

A part of the representative authority of the President of the Corporation under this Act may be delegated to the head of a branch office of the Corporation (hereinafter referred to as a "subsidiary agency") as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

이 법에 따른 공단의 업무 중 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 체신관서나 금융기관에 위탁할 수 있다.

A part of the business of the Corporation under this Act may be entrusted to postal offices or financial institutions as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
