공단은 공단의 사업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요하면 제11조제1항제5호ㆍ제5호의2부터 제5호의5까지ㆍ제6호 및 제7호에 따른 사업에 출자하거나 출연할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2015.1.20>

제1항에 따른 출자ㆍ출연에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
