제35조(「민법」의 준용) 공단에 관하여는 이 법과 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에 규정된 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2010.1.27>
Translation
① In relation to the Corporation, except for what is provided in this Act and the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」, the provisions concerning foundations in the 「Civil Act」 shall apply mutatis mutandis. <Amended by Act No. 10054, Jan. 27, 2010>
