공단은 제40조제4항제2호에 따른 약제의 지급을 「약사법」 제20조에 따라 등록한 약국을 통하여 할 수 있다.
The Corporation may provide drugs prescribed in Article 40, Paragraph 4, Subparagraph 2 through pharmacies registered in accordance with Article 20 of the 「Pharmaceutical Affairs Act」.
제1항에 따른 약국이 약제비를 받으려면 공단에 청구하여야 한다.
A pharmacy referred to in Paragraph 1 shall claim drug expenses from the Corporation.
제2항에 따라 청구된 약제비에 관한 심사 및 결정, 지급 방법 및 지급 절차는 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The examination and decision on drug expenses claimed pursuant to Paragraph 2, and the methods and procedures for payment, shall be determined by a Decree of the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10372, Jun. 4, 2010>
