2. 대한민국 국민이었던 수급권자가 국적을 상실하고 외국에서 거주하고 있거나 외국에서 거주하기 위하여 출국하는 경우
3. 대한민국 국민이 아닌 수급권자가 외국에서 거주하기 위하여 출국하는 경우
4. 장해등급 또는 진폐장해등급이 변경되어 장해보상연금 또는 진폐보상연금의 지급 대상에서 제외되는 경우
