제6조(적용 범위) 이 법은 근로자를 사용하는 모든 사업 또는 사업장(이하 "사업"이라 한다)에 적용한다. 다만, 위험률ㆍ규모 및 장소 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사업에 대하여는 이 법을 적용하지 아니한다.

① This Act shall apply to all businesses or workplaces that employ workers (hereinafter referred to as "businesses"). However, this Act shall not apply to businesses determined by Presidential Decree, taking into account risk rates, scale, and location.
