제68조(고령자의 상병보상연금) 상병보상연금을 받는 근로자가 61세가 되면 그 이후의 상병보상연금은 별표 5에 따른 1일당 상병보상연금 지급기준에 따라 산정한 금액을 지급한다. <개정 2010.1.27>
Translation
When a worker receiving a disability compensation pension reaches the age of 61, the disability compensation pension thereafter shall be paid in an amount calculated according to the daily disability compensation pension payment standards as per Attached Table 5. <Amended by Act No. 9957, Jan. 27, 2010>
