제77조 합병증 등 예방관리

공단은 업무상의 부상 또는 질병이 치유된 사람 중에서 합병증 등 재요양 사유가 발생할 우려가 있는 사람에게 산재보험 의료기관에서 그 예방에 필요한 조치를 받도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2020.5.26>
The Corporation may allow persons who have been cured of work-related injuries or illnesses and who are likely to develop reasons for re-treatment, such as complications, to receive necessary preventive measures at a medical institution covered by industrial accident insurance. <Amended by Act No. 15674, June 12, 2018; Act No. 17242, May 26, 2020>
제1항에 따른 조치대상, 조치내용 및 조치비용 산정 기준 등 예방관리에 필요한 구체적인 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2018.6.12>
Detailed matters necessary for prevention and management, such as the scope of recipients of measures under paragraph ①, the content of such measures, and the criteria for calculating the costs of such measures, shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Newly established by Act No. 15674, June 12, 2018>
