제85조(징수금의 징수) 제39조제2항에 따른 보험급여액의 징수, 제78조에 따른 장해특별급여액의 징수, 제79조에 따른 유족특별급여액의 징수 및 제84조에 따른 부당이득의 징수에 관하여는 보험료징수법 제27조, 제28조, 제29조, 제30조, 제32조, 제39조, 제41조 및 제42조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "건강보험공단"은 "공단"으로 본다. <개정 2010.1.27>
Translation
① For the collection of insurance benefit amounts under Article 39(2), the collection of special disability benefit amounts under Article 78, the collection of special survivor benefit amounts under Article 79, and the collection of undue gains under Article 84, Articles 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 39, 41, and 42 of the Premiums Collection Act shall be applied mutatis mutandis. In this case, the "National Health Insurance Service" shall be deemed "the Service".
