제88조 수급권의 보호

근로자의 보험급여를 받을 권리는 퇴직하여도 소멸되지 아니한다.
The right to receive insurance benefits of a worker shall not be extinguished even upon retirement.
보험급여를 받을 권리는 양도 또는 압류하거나 담보로 제공할 수 없다.
The right to receive insurance benefits shall not be assigned, attached, or provided as security.
제82조제2항에 따라 지정된 보험급여수급계좌의 예금 중 대통령령으로 정하는 액수 이하의 금액에 관한 채권은 압류할 수 없다. <신설 2018.6.12>
Claims concerning an amount less than or equal to the sum prescribed by Presidential Decree among the deposits in the insurance benefit payment account designated pursuant to Article 82 (2) shall not be subject to attachment. <Newly enacted June 12, 2018>
