고용노동부장관은 보험사업을 효율적으로 관리ㆍ운영하기 위하여 조사ㆍ연구 사업 등을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

The Minister of Employment and Labor may conduct investigation and research projects for the efficient management and operation of the insurance business. <Amended by Act No. 10339, Jun. 4, 2010>

고용노동부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 제1항에 따른 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 대행하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

If the Minister of Employment and Labor deems it necessary, the Minister may delegate part of the duties under paragraph ① to a person prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10339, Jun. 4, 2010>
