제91조의10 진폐에 따른 사망의 인정 등

제91조의10(진폐에 따른 사망의 인정 등) 분진작업에 종사하고 있거나 종사하였던 근로자가 진폐, 합병증이나 그 밖에 진폐와 관련된 사유로 사망하였다고 인정되면 업무상의 재해로 본다. 이 경우 진폐에 따른 사망 여부를 판단하는 때에 고려하여야 하는 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Translation
If a worker who is or has been engaged in dust-generating work is recognized to have died from pneumoconiosis, complications thereof, or any other cause related to pneumoconiosis, it shall be deemed an occupational accident. In such cases, matters to be considered when determining death from pneumoconiosis shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
