제5조제2호에도 불구하고 노무제공자는 이 법의 적용을 받는 근로자로 본다.

Notwithstanding Article 5, Subparagraph 2, a service provider shall be deemed a worker to whom this Act applies.

제6조에도 불구하고 노무제공자의 노무를 제공받는 사업은 이 법의 적용을 받는 사업으로 본다.

Notwithstanding Article 6, a business that receives services from a service provider shall be deemed a business to which this Act applies.
