제91조의18(노무제공자에 대한 업무상의 재해의 인정기준) 노무제공자에 대한 업무상의 재해의 인정기준은 제37조제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 적용하되 구체적인 인정기준은 노무제공 형태 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정한다.
