제94조(장해급여자의 고용 촉진) 고용노동부장관은 보험가입자에 대하여 장해급여 또는 진폐보상연금을 받은 사람을 그 적성에 맞는 업무에 고용하도록 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2010.5.20, 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
