제14조 사무처와 사무국

중앙노동위원회에는 사무처를 두고, 지방노동위원회에는 사무국을 둔다.
The Central Labor Relations Commission shall have a Secretariat, and the Regional Labor Relations Commissions shall have Secretariat Offices.
사무처와 사무국의 조직ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the organization and operation of the Secretariat and Secretariat Offices shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
고용노동부장관은 노동위원회 사무처 또는 사무국 소속 직원을 고용노동부와 노동위원회 간에 전보할 경우 중앙노동위원회 위원장의 의견을 들어야 한다.
When transferring employees belonging to the Secretariat or Secretariat Office of the Labor Relations Commission between the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Labor Relations Commission, the Minister of Employment and Labor shall consult with the Chairperson of the Central Labor Relations Commission.
