①
중앙노동위원회에는 사무처장 1명을 둔다.
The National Labor Relations Commission shall have one Secretary-General.
②
사무처장은 중앙노동위원회 상임위원 중 1명이 겸직한다.
The Secretary-General shall concurrently hold office among the standing members of the National Labor Relations Commission.
③
사무처장은 중앙노동위원회 위원장의 명을 받아 사무처의 사무를 처리하며 소속 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.
The Secretary-General shall, under the direction of the Chairperson of the National Labor Relations Commission, handle the affairs of the secretariat and direct and supervise subordinate employees.
