제15조의3(「행정심판법」 등의 준용) 사건 처리와 관련하여 선정대표자, 당사자의 지위 승계, 대리인의 선임에 관하여는 「행정심판법」 제15조, 제16조 및 제18조를 준용하고, 대리의 흠과 추인, 대리의 범위에 관하여는 「민사소송법」 제60조 및 제90조를 준용한다.
Translation
① In relation to the processing of cases, Articles 15, 16, and 18 of the Administrative Appeals Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the selected representative, succession of party status, and appointment of an agent, and Articles 60 and 90 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to defects in representation and ratification thereof, and the scope of representation.
