제17조의2 의결 결과의 송달 등

노동위원회는 부문별 위원회의 의결 결과를 지체 없이 당사자에게 서면으로 송달하여야 한다.
The Labor Relations Commission shall, without delay, serve the resolution results of the divisional committee in writing to the parties concerned.
노동위원회는 처분 결과를 당사자에게 서면으로 송달하여야 하며, 처분의 효력은 판정서ㆍ명령서ㆍ결정서 또는 재심판정서를 송달받은 날부터 발생한다.
The Labor Relations Commission shall serve the results of disposition in writing to the parties concerned, and the disposition shall take effect from the date of receiving the ruling, order, decision, or reconsideration ruling.
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 송달의 방법과 절차에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the methods and procedures of service under paragraphs ① and ② shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
