노동위원회는 중앙노동위원회, 지방노동위원회 및 특별노동위원회로 구분한다.
The Labor Relations Commission shall be classified into the National Labor Relations Commission, the Regional Labor Relations Commission, and the Special Labor Relations Commission.
중앙노동위원회와 지방노동위원회는 고용노동부장관 소속으로 두며, 지방노동위원회의 명칭ㆍ위치 및 관할구역은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The National Labor Relations Commission and the Regional Labor Relations Commission shall be affiliated with the Minister of Employment and Labor, and the names, locations, and jurisdictions of the Regional Labor Relations Commissions shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
특별노동위원회는 관계 법률에서 정하는 사항을 관장하기 위하여 필요한 경우에 해당 사항을 관장하는 중앙행정기관의 장 소속으로 둔다.
The Special Labor Relations Commission shall be established under the head of the central administrative agency that supervises the relevant matters, if necessary, for the purpose of overseeing matters prescribed by relevant laws.
