제20조(회의의 질서유지) 위원장 또는 부문별 위원회의 위원장은 소관 회의의 공정한 진행을 방해하거나 질서를 문란하게 하는 사람에 대하여 퇴장명령, 그 밖에 질서유지에 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.
Translation
The Chairperson or the chairperson of a subcommittee may order the expulsion of a person who obstructs the fair proceedings of their respective committee or disturbs order, and may take other measures necessary for the maintenance of order.
