Translation
①
노동위원회는 그 사무집행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 관계 행정기관에 협조를 요청할 수 있으며, 협조를 요청받은 관계 행정기관은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
The Labor Relations Commission may request cooperation from related administrative agencies if it deems it necessary for the execution of its duties, and the related administrative agencies that have been requested to cooperate shall comply, unless there are special reasons to the contrary.

노동위원회는 관계 행정기관으로 하여금 근로조건의 개선에 필요한 조치를 하도록 권고할 수 있다.
