제24조(중앙노동위원회의 지시권 등) 중앙노동위원회는 지방노동위원회 또는 특별노동위원회에 대하여 노동위원회의 사무 처리에 관한 기본방침 및 법령의 해석에 관하여 필요한 지시를 할 수 있다.
