제25조(중앙노동위원회의 규칙제정권) 중앙노동위원회는 중앙노동위원회, 지방노동위원회 또는 특별노동위원회의 운영, 부문별 위원회가 처리하는 사건의 지정방법 및 조사관이 처리하는 사건의 지정방법, 그 밖에 위원회 운영에 필요한 사항에 관한 규칙을 제정할 수 있다.

① The National Labor Relations Commission may establish rules concerning the operation of the National Labor Relations Commission, Local Labor Relations Commissions, or Special Labor Relations Commissions, the method of designating cases to be handled by sector-specific committees and the method of designating cases to be handled by investigators, and other matters necessary for the operation of the Commission.
