제27조 중앙노동위원회의 처분에 대한 소송

Translation
①
중앙노동위원회의 처분에 대한 소송은 중앙노동위원회 위원장을 피고(被告)로 하여 처분의 송달을 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 제기하여야 한다.
A lawsuit against a disposition by the National Labor Relations Commission shall be filed within 15 days from the date of receiving the service of the disposition, with the Chairperson of the National Labor Relations Commission as the defendant.
②
이 법에 따른 소송의 제기로 처분의 효력은 정지하지 아니한다.
The effectiveness of a disposition shall not be suspended by the filing of a lawsuit pursuant to this Act.
③
제1항의 기간은 불변기간으로 한다.
The period under paragraph ① shall be an unextendable period.
