①
노동위원회의 위원이나 직원 또는 그 위원이었거나 직원이었던 사람은 직무에 관하여 알게 된 비밀을 누설하면 아니 된다.
Members or employees of the Labor Relations Commission, or those who were members or employees, shall not disclose any secrets learned in the course of their duties.

노동위원회의 사건 처리에 관여한 위원이나 직원 또는 그 위원이었거나 직원이었던 변호사ㆍ공인노무사 등은 영리를 목적으로 그 사건에 관한 직무를 하면 아니 된다.
Members or employees of the Labor Relations Commission who were involved in the processing of a case, or lawyers, certified public labor attorneys, etc., who were members or employees, shall not engage in duties related to such cases for the purpose of profit.
