Translation
①
제20조에 따른 퇴장명령에 따르지 아니한 사람에게는 100만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다.
A person who does not comply with an order of expulsion under Article 20 shall be subject to an administrative fine of not more than one million won.
②
제1항에 따른 과태료는 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 노동위원회가 부과ㆍ징수한다.
The administrative fine under paragraph 1 shall be imposed and collected by the Labor Relations Commission as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
