노동위원회는 제2조의2제1호 중 판정ㆍ결정ㆍ승인ㆍ인정 및 차별적 처우 시정 등에 관한 사건에서 사회취약계층을 위하여 변호사나 공인노무사로 하여금 권리구제업무를 대리하게 할 수 있다.
The Labor Relations Commission may have lawyers or certified labor attorneys represent rights relief services for socially vulnerable classes in cases concerning judgments, decisions, approvals, recognitions, and rectifications of discriminatory treatment, etc., as referred to in Article 2-2, Subparagraph 1.
제1항에 따라 변호사나 공인노무사로 하여금 사회취약계층을 위한 권리구제업무를 대리하게 하려는 경우의 요건, 대상, 변호사ㆍ공인노무사의 보수 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The requirements, targets, and remuneration for lawyers and certified labor attorneys for representing rights relief services for socially vulnerable classes under paragraph ① shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Minister of Employment and Labor.
