1. 법 제51조제2항, 제51조의2제1항, 같은 조 제2항 단서, 같은 조 제5항 단서, 제52조제1항, 같은 조 제2항제1호 단서, 제53조제3항, 제55조제2항 단서, 제57조, 제58조제2항ㆍ제3항, 제59조제1항 또는 제62조에 따른 서면 합의로 변경되는 경우
2. 법 제93조에 따른 취업규칙에 의하여 변경되는 경우
3. 「노동조합 및 노동관계조정법」 제31조제1항에 따른 단체협약에 의하여 변경되는 경우
4. 법령에 의하여 변경되는 경우
