제103조(근로감독관의 의무) 근로감독관은 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 엄수하여야 한다. 근로감독관을 그만 둔 경우에도 또한 같다.

A labor inspector shall keep confidential any secrets learned in the course of duty. The same shall apply even after such labor inspector has left office.
