제107조(벌칙) 제7조, 제8조, 제9조, 제23조제2항 또는 제40조를 위반한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2017.11.28>
Translation
A person who violates Article 7, Article 8, Article 9, Article 23 (2), or Article 40 shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than five years or by a fine not exceeding fifty million won. <Amended by Act No. 14998, Nov. 28, 2017>
