제111조(벌칙) 제31조제3항에 따라 확정되거나 행정소송을 제기하여 확정된 구제명령 또는 구제명령을 내용으로 하는 재심판정을 이행하지 아니한 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

① Any person who fails to comply with a remedial order that has become final under Article 31 (3) or a retrial decision that includes a remedial order as its content, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
