1. 제6조, 제16조, 제17조, 제20조, 제21조, 제22조제2항, 제47조, 제53조제4항 단서, 제67조제1항ㆍ제3항, 제70조제3항, 제73조, 제74조제6항, 제77조, 제94조, 제95조, 제100조 및 제103조를 위반한 자
2. 제96조제2항에 따른 명령을 위반한 자
Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine of not more than 5,000,000 won. <Amended by Act No. 8543, Jul. 27, 2007, Act No. 8960, Mar. 28, 2008, Act No. 9739, May 21, 2009, Act No. 11258, Feb. 1, 2012, Act No. 15422, Mar. 20, 2018> 1. A person who violates Article 6, Article 16, Article 17, Article 20, Article 21, Article 22 (2), Article 47, the proviso of Article 53 (4), Article 67 (1) or (3), Article 70 (3), Article 73, Article 74 (6), Article 77, Article 94, Article 95, Article 100, and Article 103. 2. A person who violates an order pursuant to Article 96 (2).
