제12조(적용 범위) 이 법과 이 법에 따른 대통령령은 국가, 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ도, 시ㆍ군ㆍ구, 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동, 그 밖에 이에 준하는 것에 대하여도 적용된다.

① This Act and the Presidential Decree pursuant to this Act shall also apply to the State, special cities, metropolitan cities, provinces, cities, counties, districts, towns, townships, villages, and other entities equivalent thereto.
