①
이 법에서 정하는 기준에 미치지 못하는 근로조건을 정한 근로계약은 그 부분에 한정하여 무효로 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
An employment contract that stipulates working conditions less than the standards prescribed by this Act shall be void only to the extent of that part. <Amended by Act No. 17247, May 26, 2020>
②
제1항에 따라 무효로 된 부분은 이 법에서 정한 기준에 따른다.
The part that has become void under paragraph ① shall be governed by the standards prescribed by this Act.
