①
사용자가 근로자에게 부당해고등을 하면 근로자는 노동위원회에 구제를 신청할 수 있다.
Where an employer subjects a worker to unfair dismissal, etc., the worker may apply to the Labor Relations Commission for remedy.
②
제1항에 따른 구제신청은 부당해고등이 있었던 날부터 3개월 이내에 하여야 한다.
An application for remedy under paragraph (1) shall be filed within three months from the date the unfair dismissal, etc. occurred.
