Translation
①
근로자가 업무상 부상 또는 질병에 걸리면 사용자는 그 비용으로 필요한 요양을 행하거나 필요한 요양비를 부담하여야 한다.
When a worker sustains an injury or contracts a disease arising out of and in the course of employment, the employer shall, at the employer's expense, provide necessary medical treatment or bear the necessary medical expenses.
②
제1항에 따른 업무상 질병과 요양의 범위 및 요양보상의 시기는 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.3.21>
The scope of diseases arising out of and in the course of employment and medical treatment under paragraph ①, and the timing of care compensation, shall be determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 8955, Mar. 21, 2008>
