제85조(분할보상) 사용자는 지급 능력이 있는 것을 증명하고 보상을 받는 사람의 동의를 받으면 제80조, 제82조 또는 제84조에 따른 보상금을 1년에 걸쳐 분할보상을 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>
Translation
① An employer may provide compensation in installments over one year if the employer proves ability to pay and obtains the consent of the person receiving compensation, pursuant to Articles 80, 82, or 84. <Amended by Act No. 17302, May 26, 2020>
