제87조(다른 손해배상과의 관계) 보상을 받게 될 사람이 동일한 사유에 대하여 「민법」이나 그 밖의 법령에 따라 이 법의 재해보상에 상당한 금품을 받으면 그 가액(價額)의 한도에서 사용자는 보상의 책임을 면한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
Translation
If a person entitled to compensation receives, for the same cause, money or goods equivalent to the disaster compensation under this Act, pursuant to the Civil Act or any other Act, the employer shall be relieved of the obligation to compensate to the extent of the value thereof. <Amended by Act No. 17283, May 26, 2020>
