제91조(서류의 보존) 사용자는 재해보상에 관한 중요한 서류를 재해보상이 끝나지 아니하거나 제92조에 따라 재해보상 청구권이 시효로 소멸되기 전에 폐기하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2008.3.21>
Translation
A business owner shall not destroy important documents concerning industrial accident compensation until the industrial accident compensation is completed or the claim for industrial accident compensation is extinguished by prescription under Article 92. <Amended by Act No. 9474, Mar. 21, 2008>
