사용자는 사업 또는 사업장의 부속 기숙사에 기숙하는 근로자의 사생활의 자유를 침해하지 못한다.
An employer shall not infringe upon the freedom of privacy of workers residing in dormitories attached to the business or workplace.
②
사용자는 기숙사 생활의 자치에 필요한 임원 선거에 간섭하지 못한다.
An employer shall not interfere with the election of officers necessary for the self-governance of dormitory life.
