공인중개사의 업무에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 국토교통부에 공인중개사 정책심의위원회를 둘 수 있다.
1. 공인중개사의 시험 등 공인중개사의 자격취득에 관한 사항
2. 부동산 중개업의 육성에 관한 사항
3. 중개보수 변경에 관한 사항
4. 손해배상책임의 보장 등에 관한 사항
To deliberate on the following matters concerning the duties of licensed real estate agents, a Policy Deliberation Committee for Licensed Real Estate Agents may be established in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. 1. Matters concerning the acquisition of qualifications for licensed real estate agents, such as the examination for licensed real estate agents 2. Matters concerning the promotion of the real estate brokerage business 3. Matters concerning changes in brokerage fees 4. Matters concerning the guarantee of liability for damages, etc.
공인중개사 정책심의위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Policy Deliberation Committee for Licensed Real Estate Agents shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
제1항에 따라 공인중개사 정책심의위원회에서 심의한 사항 중 제1호의 경우에는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)는 이에 따라야 한다.
Among the matters deliberated by the Policy Deliberation Committee for Licensed Real Estate Agents under paragraph ①, in cases of item 1, the Mayor of a Special City, Mayor of a Metropolitan City, Governor of a Province, or Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as "Mayor/Governor") shall comply therewith.
